May you have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving! My hope is that you take time this Thanksgiving holiday between the eating, football, and shopping to remember all the people and things you are grateful for.
Gratitude is a wonderful tool for happiness. In fact, the more someone is unhappy, the greater the results when they practice an attitude of gratitude. Happy people are grateful people. Are you grateful?
If not, try this exercise: every time you find yourself either complaining about someone or something, every time you begin to feel self pity for yourself, any time you are negative about anything – practice gratitude. Think of 3 things you are grateful for. I know that the results will lift your spirit, brighten your day and raise your awareness of all the good in your life.
