According to the American Institute of Stress, there are numerous emotional and physical disorders that have been linked to stress including depression, anxiety, heart attacks, – to name just a few.
This workshop is based on self-reflection and self-care which can promote optimal health and well-being. In this workshop you will learn about:
How to take care of your four dimensions of body, emotion, mind and spirit; mindful meditation; positive thinking and the power of affirmations plus any other tools.
