Missing the gym? Tired of walking and looking for other ways to exercise or just improve your overall health? This exercise program by Sara Esmonde White is the top exercise program on PBS. This will be held at the church and is limited to 8 people. All you need is a mat and comfortable clothes.
Miranda Esmonde Whites’ “Aging Backwards” program is about increasing mobility, improving posture and balance, and overall improving your health in many ways.
